It is not enough to have only one product image. To give your product the best possible chance have it photographed and presented against a pure white background. Having a photo taken from a few different angles also helps. If your product is to be used, have it photograph in situ, for example – if it is a bicycle – take a photo of someone riding it!

If your product is made from recycled materials, not tested on animals, is organic or fits under any of the sustainability labels, include the logos, let your customers know that your company cares about the environment and our community.

Also, a very important thing to remember is to add metadata and “alt” description of your images, so your product images are SEO friendly as well.
